What a week! I was in DC all week, which was awesome, but boy was I busy!! I learned 3 things this week.
- When I’m busy, I do not drink enough water. Hardly any while at work to be honest.
- When I’m busy and don’t take the time to plan out my meals, I eat more carbs than I’d like. Hey, you can put anything in a tortilla!
- Not sleeping enough plus working out is rough, but it does bring you more energy! I was proud of getting my workouts in, but I really need to go to bed earlier!
Overall, my meals were pretty good this week. I ate breakfasts at home and packed my lunches for work. I did go out for drinks and pizza with co-workers one day, but otherwise I was on track.
It’s been a really busy 4 weeks at work, but I’m proud of my workouts and how I’ve eaten during a busy time. There’s things I can improve upon, but I’m learning!
