Looking Back – Week 2
Woo hoo! 2 weeks of the OrangeTheory Transformation Challenge are done! Week 2 was so much better than week 1, thanks to being home and having a more structured schedule.
My greatest victories this week were not in what I did eat, but instead in what I didn’t eat! I made healthy choices when I ate out on Friday and turned done TONS of food at a work event on Saturday. I was so proud of myself for not giving into the internal pressure to do what everyone else was doing. Did I want pizza, you bet, but it was only going to provide momentary satisfaction. I was proud of being able to push beyond those cravings, holding tight to my larger goals.
I also got some amazing workouts in last week! I worked out at OrangeTheory on Monday, Saturday, and Sunday and did a spin workout on Wednesday. I’ll admit I was worried about not working out at OrangeTheory during the work week, but honestly, I needed the break! I know that my weight loss this challenge is almost all about my diet, so I focused on that and then used my weekend workouts for stress relief. I enjoyed my workouts and was super proud of my diet!

The Week Ahead – Week 3
The week ahead is pretty typical, which is great during a weight loss challenge! This Saturday I will be co-hosting the Denim Event at Lane Bryant in Alexandria, Virginia, which is really exciting! If you’re in the DC area, please come join me Saturday between 2-4PM! Aside from the Lane Bryant event, it looks to be a fairly chill week!

- Workout at OrangeTheory 3 times

My workout plan is…
