Today was a good day, but man was I craving sugar! I gave in, having a vanilla latte mid afternoon and a piece of chocolate before leaving work. Big picture, it wasn’t a bad day by any means. My goal is to avoid sugar, but after a long week, coffee and chocolate hit the spot. The day overall was good and my meals were really yummy!
Breakfast – 2 eggs, veggie patty, and avocado
Lunch – Brown rice pasta, veggies, lightly breaded chicken nuggets, and cottage cheese
Snack – Vanilla latte and mini Hershey square
Dinner – Tofu and veggie (asparagus, broccoli, and bell pepper) stir-fry with Thai Green Curry sauce
