I’m writing this Daily Snapshot a day late and sadly, I don’t remember a whole lot about how the day went yesterday. I think it was good, but it’s been a busy end to the work week. The highlight of yesterday was finding out I had the fastest 200 meter row time out of all the women at my OrangeTheory studio!! Super exciting news! I am really proud of myself!
Breakfast – 2 eggs and a veggie patty (not pictured – 3 shots espresso and a protein shake)
Lunch – Brown rice pasta, veggies, leftover meatloaf, and red pepper flakes
Dinner – 2 chicken burgers and leftover mushrooms
