I am TIRED! Today was a good day, but I am really tired! I don’t usually go to OrangeTheory on Wednesdays, but after taking Monday off, today felt like a good day to go. My body was in shock when my alarm went off this morning, which made snoozing too easy. Thankfully I got up on time and made it to class early.
My workout was so good and I rowed 200 meters in 30.90 seconds. It felt good! The rest of the day was good, filled with lots of meetings and healthy food. Today I even ate BBQ at a work lunch and stuck to my plan (woo hoo). Trust me, I wanted the soft cookies and brownies, but I stayed away.
It was a good day and I can’t wait to get some sleep… after I watch Made for More on Amazon Prime.
Workout – 60 minutes at OrangeTheory (forgot to start my watch)
Breakfast – Leftover salmon, veggie patty, and 2 eggs
Lunch – BBQ at work
Snack – Cottage cheese and blueberries and a (weird) Kombucha
Dinner – 90 Second Bread, beef patty, ketchup, mustard, mushrooms, and lettuce
