Daily Snapshot – February 19, 2019

Today was ok. Today was a good example of when I let my schedule overtake my eating schedule and/or meal plan. Today I woke up around 6:30AM and helped get the kids off to daycare. I then tackled some work from home and did two 20 minute Peloton workouts before showering and packing for a work trip. I didn’t end up eating until around 11:30AM, which was fine, but I should have known better. As I ate so late, I didn’t have a true lunch and then ended up eating dinner at work before leaving on a business trip.
