Today was a really awesome day! It was filled with self care (hello OrangeTheory workout and a manicure), lots of family time, and some shopping with my sister at Lane Bryant. I was proud of managing my eating on a Saturday, even picking up a healthy snack while we were out and about. It was a good day!
Workout – 60 minute OrangeTheory Workout
Breakfast – 3 shots espresso, caramel Premier Protein, and 2 egg muffins
Lunch – Leftover homemade tuna mac (pasta, tuna, cheese, and lots of veggies)
Snack – Costco lime shrimp
Dinner – Costco street tacos (minus the tortillas) on top of a bed of romaine lettuce
