Happy Wednesday everyone! Can y’all believe it’s November? That we’re in the last two months of 2016? I’m super pumped for November and December and really enjoyed creating goals/to do’s for the month ahead. The month is off to a great start, though I caught a cold am not feeling 100%. Hopefully it’ll pass quickly and it’s just a head cold.
October was a really great month! Between turning 32, the leaves changing colors, the mix of hot and cold days, and having family in town, it was fun and festive! We also took family photos a few weeks ago and they are just perfect. I love being able to capture photos of our family each fall. I can’t wait to send holiday cards in the next few weeks.
It was a great month and I’m looking forward to the month ahead!

October Goals Revisited
-Get back to taking walks as a family each night: We went on quite a few walks. My work schedule is still a little wonky, but when we were all home at the same time and the weather was good, we walked.
-Enjoy the activities we have planned this month: Yes!
-Make family dinners a priority: Yes! We’re only able to eat as a family a few times a week, but we enjoy it!
-Enjoy an at home date with Neal each week: We had our first at home date last Friday and it was awesome.
-Finish the new hall closet (paint): Nope! November?
-Finish the new built-in bookshelves (paint): Nope! November?
-Set up Neal’s office: Nope! November?
-Come up with a monthly chore schedule that actually works for us: Nope! November?
-Continue to workout at OTF twice a week: Yes!!
-Start a workout routine outside of OTF (workout at work gym or use at home DVD workouts): Ehh, not really. I did a few non-OTF workouts, but nothing consistent.
-Enjoy some crisp fall runs: I went for 2 runs and they were awesome.
-Get into the 230’s!: I’m so close, but no. Hoping to get into the 230’s this month.
-Measure everything I eat and track everything in my WW app: For the most part. I have been really consistent the past few weeks and have seen great losses!
-Share what I’m eating on Instagram: I have when I can. My day often gets away from me and I forget about Instagram
-Read my bible each morning before the day gets going: Sadly no.
-Work on my own body kindness and body positivity: YES!!
-Continue shooting for 7 hours of sleep a night: Ehh, I really stunk at getting good sleep this past month. Between baseball and stress, I’ve been staying up too late.
