This was the longest week on the face of the planet! Ok, I am being a tad dramatic, but it was a really long week! I thought Wednesday was Thursday and then I woke up Thursday morning thinking it was Saturday. The days were really long and although a tad stressful, it ended up being a productive week and an awesome week on Weight Watchers.
I was in Baltimore last Friday and Saturday for a work training and then had a pretty traditional week here in DC the rest of the week. The weather here in DC was pretty awesome this week, so I enjoyed some really great walks with Neal and Magnolia. I only had the one high intensity workout, but with a crazy work week, it was nice enjoying longer walks outside with my family as a way to decompress.

I was also really proud of my diet this week. I felt really great about what I ate in Baltimore and stayed within my SmartPoints every day this work week. I did not binge and worked everything into my points, including a few pieces of candy and a cookie yesterday. I didn’t take pictures of everything I ate this week, but I did repeat a lot of meals. I’m really happy to have lost what I gained last week and a little more. Next week I’m home and am planning my meals out ahead of time. I also have some great workouts planned, so I’m looking forward to that. It was a hectic week, but I’m feeling really good.
