I just love Trader Joe’s. I don’t shop at Trader Joe’s regularly, but I have my list of Trader Joe’s must buy staples and go to restock once a month or so. Trader Joe’s sells a lot of amazing pantry staples, really healthy staples, and I wanted to share my favorites with y’all today.
We’re all really busy people, no matter what we have on our plates, and I appreciate the types of foods Trader Joe’s sells. Whether it’s a pre-made salad, riced cauliflower, fully cooked chicken breasts, or cookie butter, the foods they sell honestly make life easier (and are darn delicious).
Everyone sings praises of Trader Joe’s, but there’s a reason for it. They sell really awesome seasonal foods (hello pumpkin season) and cater to those who are on the go.. oh, and it’s actually really affordable. I’m a big fan of their frozen section, but also love buying their meats, produce, and pantry items. Here is my list of Trader Joe’s must buy staples.
