It’s moving week!! We started moving things over slowly last month, but now it’s time to box everything else up and to move all the furniture over to our new house. I’ll admit, I’m a little overwhelmed by how much stuff we have and how much we need to move, but I know we’ll be fine. We’ll get it done. The new house is going to be a disaster, but I’m grateful I’ll have 11 days off work at the end of the month and my sister will be here for part of it.
After our last move I swore I’d never move ourselves again… well, here we are and I swear, THIS will be the last time we move ourselves. It’s a lot of work, but man is it cheaper to move ourselves. I’m taking a day off work to move and hope we can just crank it out on Friday.
I’m also excited to celebrate Neal’s birthday this week!! I actually surprised Neal with tickets to the Big Ten Championship game in Indianapolis last weekend, but we have some other plans for his birthday this week too. I’m excited to celebrate with him.
Weight loss wise, my goal this week is to move a lot and to make healthy choices when eating. I’ve eaten out a lot the past few days already, so I want to make sure I make healthier choices the rest of this week. I’ve also been staying up too late, so I want to make sure I get back to going to bed by 10PM.
Goals For Week 4
1. 7,500 steps a day
2. Push myself in my Orange Theory Workouts
3. Eat more veggies
4. Get through this move!
