Let’s call a duck and duck. This wasn’t my finest week. I didn’t plan out my meals ahead of time, didn’t do the best job of eating breakfast before work, didn’t pack the best lunches, and because we were in the thick of our move, we ate out a lot. I ended the week feeling pretty crudy, but I know a lot of it is due to the move. I really hope to use the weekend ahead to unpack, to get the house in order (at least a little), and to prepare for the week ahead.
Thankfully, my weight stayed the same this week, which is huge! I really felt like I had gained weight, so I’m hoping I’m just bloated, dehydrated, and exhausted. All of which, can be fixed.
Goals For Week 5
1. 7,500 steps a day – Steps were all over the place. Moving on Thursday made me realize just how stagnate I am most days. Between sitting in my car during my commute, sitting at a desk all day, and sitting on the couch at night… I’m really good at sitting.
2. Push myself in my Orange Theory Workouts – My workouts were awesome this week!! One thing that went really well.
3. Eat more veggies – I didn’t eat enough veggies.
4. Get through this move! – We survived!
