I am absolutely loving the Healthy Holidays Challenge so far. It feels really good to be focused on weight loss and hear y’alls goals! Whether you’re focused on weight loss, weight maintenance, fitness, self care, or mental health, I hope you’ll make yourself a priority these past few weeks of 2016! I’m excited to use these last 8 weeks to gear up for 2016 and to gain clarity on my goals for the year ahead.
Monday was a really busy day at work, but I took photos of everything I ate for this What I Ate Wednesday. My diet was almost identical yesterday, but am switching a few things up today. We’re having turkey tacos for dinner tonight!! Can’t wait.

Workout – 60 minute Orange Theory class
Post-Workout – Skinnygirl Protein Shake
Breakfast – 2 eggs scrambled with smoked paprika, sandwich thin, and almond butter
Lunch – sandwich thin, sliced chicken breast, swiss cheese, mustard, and a mug of roasted red pepper and tomato soup
Snack – carrots, sugar snap peas, and hummus
Dinner – purple sweet potatoes and Trader Joe’s turkey meatballs
