3 weeks into our CSA and it’s so incredibly good! I’m a huge fan of spring produce, so I just don’t want this time of year to end just yet. I’m pretty sure I could eat mushrooms, kale, and asparagus all. the. time! Here’s a look at what we picked up last week and how we used it.

We froze the bacon and the grillers, but I’m sure we’ll use them up soon!
