Day 9|100 – Countdown to Summer
Today was a really fun day with my family, but I didn’t track what I ate. I didn’t think about it this morning and then I was just lazy this afternoon and evening. Was my eating bad? Not really, but I’ve really relied on measuring the foods I’ve been eating in order to be consistent and I didn’t do that today.
This morning I went to DC Divas practice with Neal and Magnolia and walked the track with Magnolia for part of the practice. It was nice being able to walk and listen to a Jillian Michaels’ podcast.
After practice we headed home, had lunch, and then took a glorious 2 hour nap as a family. That’s happened all of 2 times in 6 months, but boy is it amazing when it does happen! After our naps and feeding Magnolia her veggies, we headed upstairs and put away most of Magnolia’s 6 month clothes (craziness). Tonight we’re just hanging out and watching NCAA basketball.
Though I’m not feeling great about my decision to not track today, it wasn’t a bad day. I’m looking forward to spin class tomorrow morning and a fresh start. Plus, it’s day 10!
