Day 15|100 – Countdown to Summer
I loooooooooove Fridays!!!
My plan was to workout at 5AM this morning, but I completely forgot to set an alarm last night and ended up waking up at 6:40AM. Oops! In an ideal world I would have worked out over lunch or after work, but neither happened. Once home I became enamored with my daughter as she said her first word ‘baba’ multiple times. Baba is pretty close to Mama, so you know what second word I’m shooting for. Dada may or may not be in the same race…
My meals today were so incredibly tasty and really filling. Even though I missed my workout, I’m feeling good going into the weekend. I have 2 spin classes on the docket and want to stay focused on eating healthy and tracking. Weekends are tough for me, so I want to end this weekend feeling great.
Breakfast – 2 eggs, turkey sausage links, and coffee
Lunch – Leftover whole wheat pasta, tomato sauce, spinach, carrots, and Chobani Raspberry Lemon (soooo delicious) topped with All Bran
Dinner – Homemade pizza and a side salad
