Day 14|100 – Countdown to Summer
Today was so incredibly beautiful here in DC! Low 70’s and sunny… it doesn’t get much better after a long winter. Although I was inside most of the day, it was great getting outside after work. After a winter indoors with a newborn, I’m excited to get outside with Magnolia more.
I lost a pound this past week, yay, and am happy with today’s diet.
Breakfast – Coffee and a smoothie: banana, protein powder, peanut butter, spinach, cashew milk, and ice
Snack – Quest chocolate chip bar and a banana
Dinner – Whole wheat pasta, tomato sauce, spinach, chickpeas, and garlic
