Day 13|100 – Countdown to Summer
After a stressful Tuesday, my plan was to get to the gym bright and early today before the day really got going… but sleep won. I managed to snooze for almost 2 hours (that takes skills), finally waking up at 6:30AM. I knew I’d regret missing my workout today, so I threw some gym clothes into my work bag and worked out over lunch. It was another hectic day, but I’m really glad I got a workout in.
I don’t know if y’all can relate, but I’ve just been too busy to think about what I’m eating. It’s a good and a bad thing. Good, because food isn’t my focus. Bad, because I’m not really working towards a balanced diet. Overall though, it was a good day. I consciously chose to eat a spinach salad for dinner since I didn’t eat any veggies during the day.
Breakfast – 2 potato rolls, turkey sausage links, cheddar cheese, and coffee
Lunch – Crockpot chicken, brown rice, and cottage cheese
Coffee Break – Grande Skim Tiramisu Latte from Starbucks
Snack – S’mores Quest Bar
Dinner – Baby spinach, Bolthouse Farms blue cheese dressing, buffalo sauce, and Crockpot chicken
Workout – 20 minutes on treadmill (steep incline) and weight lifting (added in some power cleans just for fun)
