Day 12|100 – Countdown to Summer
Today was a really draining day and I’m happy to see it come to an end. Luckily it was my rest day, which I needed, but I’m eager to get some sleep tonight and then to be back in the gym tomorrow. Workouts are a time for me to clear my head and I’m going to need that before the day gets going tomorrow. That and a vat of coffee.
My diet today was fine. I didn’t put a whole lot of thought into it to be honest.
Breakfast – 2 slices Ezekiel Bread, peanut butter, and a cup of coffee with creamer
Lunch – Crockpot chicken, brown rice, sugar snap peas, and Bolthouse blue cheese dressing mixed with buffalo sauce
Snack – Banana and peanut butter
Workout – Rest day
