Day 11|100 – Countdown to Summer
Monday… you tornado you!
Today started off with an AWESOME 5AM workout, which left me feeling energized and ready for the day. Although the rest of the day was a whirlwind, it was a really great day. I have a ton of work to get done this week, but my goal is to make my wellness a priority (workouts, hair/makeup, sleep, etc.).
My diet lacked veggies today, so I want to be sure to eat more tomorrow. Otherwise, I felt great today.
Breakfast – 2 slices Ezekiel raisin bread, honey peanut butter, 3 turkey sausage links, 2 cups of coffee with creamer
Lunch – Crockpot chicken, brown rice, and cottage cheese
Snack – Nature Valley Nut Crisp Bar and a Persian cookie
Dinner – Bowl of broccoli and cheese soup
