This upcoming week is a short week for me, YAY, as we have family coming into town on Thursday. I anticipate we’ll go out to dinner a few times this coming weekend, so my goal is to save all 49 of my weekly points allowance for their visit. This week’s meal plan is a lot like last weeks, but it worked and was delicious! I’ve made a few changes, but overall it’s the same.
Breakfast – Oats, cashew milk, and a banana. OH and coffee or Spark, of course.
Lunch – Brown rice, salsa chicken (with corn and black beans), and avocado
Dinner – English muffin, veggie burger, roasted potatoes and peppers, and a salad (not pictured)
Snacks – Fruit salad, hard boiled eggs, carrots, and yogurt
