I truly believe that all things happen for a reason, so when I heard we were getting snow this weekend, I couldn’t help but feel grateful. As easy as it is for me to make tons of plans, I really needed a weekend at home! A weekend to relax and organize.
After class I headed to the grocery store and then settled in for the day at home. I organized the basement, took a nap with Magnolia, worked on a few projects, and watched a TON of Lost! Neal and I started watching Lost last winter, but got burnt out. Today we decided to bite the bullet and finish the series. We’re finally in the last season and hope to finish it soon.
For dinner I made Neal and I baked flounder and a baby kale salad. The flounder was so easy to make! I simply topped the filets with a mixture of breadcrumbs, seasonings, and olive oil and baked them at 400 for 15 minutes. Delicious!!
I hope everyone is having a great weekend!
