As part of my diet, I’ve been working hard to increase my protein intake. It’s incredibly easy for me to eat more carbs than my body needs because carbs are just that, easy. They’re easy to grab, easy to eat, and easy to crave.
I’ve used protein powder for years, but I’ve been trying out new brands and recipes recently. Yesterday I made this delicious smoothie and had to share it with y’all!
Peanut Butter Marshmallow Banana Smoothie
-1 scoop Peanut Butter Marshmallow protein powder
-1 cup cashew milk (or almond milk or cows milk)
-6 ice cubes
