There are a lot of things I’m not able to share each week here on Coffee Cake and Cardio so I’m starting a new series called “Best and Worst”. Every Friday I’ll share my bests and worsts from the week. I hope to share meals, workouts, little moments, and highlights from the week.
Best Snack
Smoothie – 1 packet of Jay Robb Whey Protein (110 calories), 1 tbsp peanut butter (80 calories), 1 frozen banana (105 calories), 1 cup of almond milk (30 calories), and ice. Blend well!
“Worst” Snack
Tortilla filled with peanut butter and chocolate chips and heated in the microwave (I love this treat!)
Best Workout
Tuesday I had two awesome workouts! I went for a 2.5 mile walk with Magnolia, Neal, and Theodore and then went to spin class that night.
Best Meal
PUMPKIN HUMMUS topped with goat cheese from Mad Fox Brewery! We got this appetizer at my birthday lunch Thursday and it was amazing!
Worst Moment
I forgot to put a cup under my Keurig Thursday morning. Long night with Magnolia!
Worst Newborn Moment
Magnolia had her first blowout diaper this week. HOLY MOLY!! It required a bath and everything.
Best Magnolia Moment
Too many to choose from, honestly. Seeing her turn a month old was really special!
Best Treat
I bought myself a Vera Bradley Leather Wristlet for my birthday and I’m obsessed!
