Yesterday was a perfect day to celebrate my dear friend Becky’s birthday! As we had dinner plans at Lia’s last night, I tried to make smart decisions throughout the day as I’d be eating more calories for dinner.
I don’t know exactly what the baby has been up to these past few days, but something is going on. Within the last few days I’ve become a peeing fool, I’m having a harder time sleeping past 5AM, and I have to eat smaller meals as my stomach just can’t handle a full meal. I feel like the baby is moving up, thus pushing my organs up, which is making me uncomfortable. I could be totally wrong, but boy do I feel different these past 4 days.

Breakfast – 1 small summer squash, 1/2 cup of ground turkey sausage, 2 eggs, and 1 whole wheat English muffin
Coffee Break – Grande Iced Skim Caramel Macchiato
Lunch – Butter lettuce, grilled chicken breast, honey mustard dressing, deli-style wrap, and cottage cheese
Snack – 1 tbsp peanut butter and sliced strawberries (sorry, no picture)
Dinner @ Lia’s – A few bites of hummus on naan bread and smoked salmon dip, 1/2 of the Willard Burger, and a few sweet potato fries
We had a wonderful dinner at Lia’s and truly enjoyed celebrating Becky’s birthday!!
