This week I was active everyday, but it was probably the least physical I’ve been in the past 11 weeks. I was very limited in time and energy, so I tried to make the most of the time I had. I did get a few long workouts in, but for the most part, I did what I could.

Sunday, February 2 (Day 71) – 60 minute spin class
Monday, February 3 (Day 72) – 30 minutes elliptical and weights
Tuesday, February 4 (Day 73) – 20 minutes arc trainer
Wednesday, February 5 (Day 74) – 30 minutes elliptical and weights
Thursday, February 6 (Day 75) – 20 minutes elliptical
Friday, February 7 (Day 76) – 90 minute walk around the mall
Saturday, February 8 (Day 77) – 30 minute run/walk
