I did an awful lot of walking this past week! I think it was nice to take a break from the gym and gym classes in exchange for some fresh air. The weather was amazing on MLK day and then after the snow day on Tuesday, walking in the winter wonderland was a lot of fun. Next week I hope to pick up the intensity of my workouts, but this week was a really great change of pace.

Wednesday, January 22 (Day 60) – 40 minutes on the Arc Trainer
Thursday, January 23 (Day 61) – 30 minutes elliptical and weight lifting
Friday, January 24 (Day 62) – 3 mile walk
