I had an incredible week of fitness this week! I worked really hard during my workouts, lifted heavy, and did something different every day. It was just a really great week!

Sunday, December 29 (Day 36) – Turbo Fire HIIT 25
Monday, December 30 (Day 37) – 1 hour of weightlifting
Tuesday, December 31 (Day 38) – 3 mile walk with Theodore
Wednesday, January 1 (Day 39) – 2 hour Yin and Yang yoga class
Thursday, January 2 (Day 40) – 30 minutes on the Octane
Friday, January 3 (Day 41) – 30 minutes on the treadmill and 30 minutes of weightlifting
Saturday, January 4 (Day 42) – 30 minutes on Cybex
