This was a tough week for me. I was exhausted for whatever reason, which made wanting to work out really challenging. I always felt great after my workouts, but my energy during my workouts was quite low.
What I learned this week is that working out is so important! It increased my energy and changed my mood, which was so important for me this week. I may not have had the energy to go to spin class or to run 5 miles, but lifting weights and going for a long walk was just what the doctor ordered.

Monday (Day 9) – 60 minute Zumba class at Pro Fit
Tuesday (Day 10) – Weightlifting
Wednesday (Day 11) – 60 minute Barre class at Go Figure Potomac
Thursday (Day 12) – 2 mile walk and core work at home
Friday (Day 13) – Jillian Michaels Body Revolution
Saturday (Day 14) – 60 minute Pilates class at Pilates Center of Rockville
