How’d I Do Friday

The Dawson’s Market Get Well Challenge officially kicked off on November 5, but I didn’t really get into a groove the first week due to a conference I attended.  After getting my body composition tested, meeting with the Get Well Challenge nutritionist, and grocery shopping, I got back on track.

I worked out 4 of the 7 days, trying out classes at both Thrive Yoga in Rockville and ProFit Zumba in Gaithersburg.  I also started my second AdvoCare Cleanse on Monday and am feeling great!

It really has been an awesome week!
