Last Sunday I made an impulsive decision… I decided to workout every day for the next 365 days!!! The thought popped into my head last weekend after realizing how drastic my activity levels were on the days I didn’t workout. Instead of mulling it over, I decided to just go for it!
My definition of working out is pretty broad. Whether it’s a fitness class, a gym workout, a run, or even a walk around the neighborhood, my goal is simple. I want to get moving every day for the next year!
Now you’ll note that I started November 24 instead of waiting until January 1. It was tempting to start on the first day of 2014, but what I realized is that I’d be missing out on 38 possible workouts!
I invite you guys to join me on the 365 Days of Fit journey and to workout every day for a year! Start whenever you’d like and just make it your goal to do some form of physical activity every day for the next 365 days! If you’re on Twitter or Instagram, use the #365DayFitChallenge hashtag to document your workouts and to get encouragement from the virtual world around you!
