As part of the Foodbuzz Tastemaker Program, I was able to try out a new (to me) Mrs. Paul’s product! With only 70-80 calories a serving, these Parchment Bake Tilapias are a must buy!
At my grocery store they had three types, so I got one of each!
For dinner last night, Neal and I decided to try out the Classic Grilled Tilapia (well, I had a taste and Neal had them for dinner).
The instructions are incredibly easy. Preheat oven to 400 degrees, place parchment packets seam side up on a baking sheet, bake for 22-24 minutes, and enjoy!
The fish was so flaky, moist, and tasty!
The true test was whether or not Neal would like it, but he LOVED it! SCORE!
I highly recommend these Parchment Bakes. Would I rather make it from scratch? Yes, but these are so easy to make and with such a low calorie count they are definitely worth it!
This has been a long and drawn out week for me. As each day passes I seem to have less and less energy and less and less patience (sorry Neal). I also haven’t been feeling too hot these past two days. My allergies are different each year but this year they are really affecting my lungs. I’ve had asthma since I was a little kid and control it really well these days but boy are my allergies kicking my lungs’ butt this year.
On the flip side though, week 2 of Body Revolution is almost done! I have had some great workouts this week but am excited to move on to workouts 3 and 4. I like cardio 1 a lot, as well as workout 1, but I’m not a fan of workout 2 for some reason. Thankfully today is my last time doing workout 2 for a bit, YAY!
Eating wise, I’ve eaten too many sweets this week. I had a cookie, a cupcake, and one too many mini Reese’s eggs. Still, I’ve worked out a lot and am still working hard to eat lots of veggies.
