Now, I’m just about obsessed with peanut butter blossoms, so when I saw these kisses in the store, I knew I had to go for it!
I mean, what’s better than a chocolate chip cookie with a mint chocolate kiss in the middle?
After the cookies had baked, I added one mint kiss to the center of each cookie. Push each kiss lightly into the cookie, that way a little crevice is created.
Now I wanted to chocolate to melt down a bit, so I did not allow the cookies to cool before adding the kiss.
Allowing them to melt creates this puddle of mint chocolate goodness in the middle of your chocolate chip cookie.
My cookie monster loved them, which was the most important, but my co-workers also enjoyed eating them yesterday!
