This week started out with a baking fail but here we are at the half way point and I’m feeling pretty great! Darn you bundt pan!
It’s been a week since I ended Whole Living’s detox and have continued counting my calories using My Fitness Pal and eating primarily clean foods. I’m doing great on the calorie counting end, but have eaten more non-detox foods than expected.
This week I’ve added a few things back into my diet…
- pizza (dinners out)
- gluten-free cereal
- light sour cream
- fat free refried beans
- greek yogurt
- chicken hot dogs
- Love Grown Foods granola
- Coke Zero
Although I ate out 3 times last weekend, 2 girlie dates and a Sunday afternoon date with Neal…
I’m feeling good thanks to some strong workouts so far this week.
- Monday- 60 minute cycle abs class @ Cycle Studio
- Tuesday– 20 minutes on elliptical and weight lifting (box squats, kettlebells, triceps, ab work)
- Wednesday- 60 minute cycle bootcamp @ Cycle Studio
I’m planning on doing another cardio/weightlifting workout Thursday morning and then am taking Friday off. Working out before work this week has kept me focused and on the right track with everything that’s on my plate. It’s my me time and a great way to start each day.
Tuesday’s Food Log
Breakfast – Chobani apple cinnamon greek yogurt, Love Grown Foods granola, 2 clementines, and water
Lunch– 1/2 cup fat free refried beans, 1/2 cup black beans, 1/2 cup salsa, 100 calorie guacamole packet, and 2 TBSP light sour cream
Snack– coke zero and another handful of granola
Dinner– 1 cup pinto beans, 1/2 cup salsa, yellow onion, romaine lettuce and a leffe beer (YUMMY)
