Happy Saturday everyone! I am here at Baltimore Washington Airport waiting for my flight to Boston to see my bridesmaid Melissa. This weekend away couldn’t have come at better time and I’m excited to have some girl time. Although my brain is rather consumed with my ever growing to-do list, I hope to use this weekend to relax and detox my brain/emotions.
So lets talk a little bit about airports, airports are interesting to say the least. I love being able to see a diverse grouping of people, to see how people react to airport happenings and to listen to others conversations. So far today I’ve heard a woman with twins share about her 2 year old’s ability to use the iPhone more efficiently than both parents and a husband who had to search high and low for various OPI colors for his wife’s birthday… But the best conversation so far was from a girl who had forgotten her drivers license but was allowed though security with her checkbook and facebook photo… No joke! I am seriously still in shock and don’t know how to react just yet. What’s the point if you’re going to let someone through security with a checkbook and a Facebook profile?

Breakfast- red, “white”, and blueberry smoothie (same as Thursday) @ 6:30AM – 421 calories
Lunch- carrot and ginger soup from Trader Joe’s (not a fan…) @ 1:00PM -160 calories
Snack- cashews and clementines @ 4:00PM – 290 calories
Dinner- blue creek burger and fries from Ted’s Montana Grill @ 7:30PM – 953 calories
Workout- 30 minutes on elliptical and 30 minutes weight lifting – burned 469 on elliptical
Total calories for day 1824 and 1355 after workout
