Tonight, I am throwing a ugly sweater birthday party for Neal and Matt. I’m really looking forward to having friends over and celebrating two birthdays.
I really love Sundays, but it’s always important for me to use Sundays to prep for the week ahead. Looking forward to the work I have, the weight I’d like to lose, and the workouts I want to do. Having a plan and being mentally prepared for the week ahead is extremely important. Without a plan, it’s easy to push workouts to the side. Monday – Morning run with Neal (3 miles)
Tuesday – 30 minutes on elliptical, 10 minutes on stairmaster, weight lifting
Wednesday – Morning run with Neal (4 miles)
Thursday – 30 minutes on elliptical, 10 minutes on stairmaster, weight lifting
Friday – 20 minutes on elliptical, 10 minutes on stairmaster, 10 minutes on rowing machine, weight lifting
