I found this Almond Joy creamer at Giant this past weekend and I have fallen in love! It is 1 Weight Watcher Point Plus per TBSP and I’ve found that 3 TBSP is just perfect. 3PP is well worth it when it’s a good cup of coffee.
The weather was amazing yesterday, so Neal and I set out for a 3 mile run before work. We ran our hill route and finished in 36 minutes. It was a tad chilly when we first got out there, but after our first mile I was plenty warm.
My tip: don’t overdress and don’t let the cold weather stop you from getting outside and exercising. Trust me, you’ll warm up!
The day was great– work flew by and Neal and I finalized our wedding venues! It’s such a relief to have both the church and the reception venue booked!
The class was an hour long and totally kicked my tail. I was sweating profusely and got an amazing workout. The class was an hour long, which scared me at first, but with some rocking music and a great instructor, the class flew by!
I smelled HORRIBLE after class, which means I got in a great workout! I also have these awesome bruises on my knuckles this morning (don’t let that scare you) and am totally stoked! There’s just something about a workout battle wound. I feel like I earned it.
Now we’re into November… which means Starbucks holiday cups are BACK!! I just had to get a tall coffee this morning in honor of the new cup. I like this year’s cup a lot more than last years.
Today is also my first Weight Watchers weigh-in since joining last week, so I’m hoping that my first week of eating and working out paid off. Either way, it’s a journey and I’m starting to feel better.
