As I shared yesterday, I never would have guessed how quickly I’d slip into an intuitive eating lifestyle after my daughter arrived. My diet and habits are WORLDS different these days. As the hours fly by while caring for a newborn, my own hunger hasn’t really been my focus. I’m sure this will shift as things get easier around the house, but I’ll admit that it has been incredibly freeing not thinking about food and meal planning all the time.
Last week my mom was in town, which was so incredibly helpful! She did a great job of making sure I ate and preparing Neal and me well balanced meals. Here’s a look at one of my days from Magnolia’s first week for this WIAW.
Breakfast – 2 eggs scrambled with cheese, 1 piece of P28 bread, 1/2 an apple, and 1 cup of coffee with half and half.
Snack – Chobani 2% Greek yogurt
Lunch – Ham and swiss sandwich with tomato on wheat bread, Skinnygirl Thai chips, and water.
Dinner – Pork tenderloin, 1/2 twice baked potato, green beans, 1/2 dinner roll, and salad.
