A little over a week ago I made the decision to stop dieting. I’ll have a full update for y’all tomorrow, but I wanted to share what I ate on Monday for this WIAW. As I’m not following a diet plan, I’m focused on 2 things:
1. Eating when I’m hungry/stopping when I’m full
2. When I do eat, I try to make healthy choices
Some days I eat more and some days I eat less. I have learned a lot about myself these past 10 days and am proud to have taken this leap towards changing my unhealthy habits. It’s hard work and emotionally draining at times, but I’m working to make healthy changes.
