Gender – Neal thinks we’re having a girl and I just don’t know anymore… thankfully we find out this morning!!!
Movement – I honestly have no idea. Yesterday I felt a few “bubbles” if you will, but I have no idea if it’s the baby.
Maternity clothes – Now that it’s spring, I’ve been wearing a lot more tank tops with light sweaters. I’m loving the clothes I got on OldNavy.com a few weeks ago.
Food cravings – I’m still loving everything bagels, but I’ve switched back to eating Thomas bagel thins. I can still get the flavor without all the calories. I have also been loving spaghetti with meat sauce… so good! Otherwise I’m still eating eggs for breakfast with my bagel thin on the side, a salad with protein for lunch, oatmeal as a snack, and then some sort of dinner with protein.
Workouts – I’m still doing a lot of walking, going for early morning swims at the gym, and hoping on the elliptical from time to time. I didn’t make it to a spin class last week, but that’s just because I didn’t fit it into my schedule.
Sleep – I love sleep. Still getting 8+ hours of sleep a night thanks to my 8:30-9PM bedtime, so I’m feeling good.
Missing anything – My jaw line, lol. My face is getting full, but what can you do? Overall I’m enjoying my pregnancy and not missing anything.
Thoughts and feelings – Week 20 was an odd week to say the least, but thankfully the nausea that returned last week was gone by the weekend! Maybe all that nausea is what helped my belly to pop, who knows! Up until last week I didn’t really feel pregnant, so it’s exciting to see my body grow and be finding out the baby’s gender today if it cooperates.
I’m incredibly eager to find out what we’re having, to start talking names with Neal, to plan the nursery, and to create a registry. Up until this point I haven’t really planned for the baby, but I feel like after today it’s go time!! I’m incredibly excited!
Looking forward to – Knowing what we’re having and feeling the baby kick. Theodore is excited too.
