This past weekend I was able to spend some time with two of my dearest friends, Randy and Dara. The memories I have with those two make me smile all the time. We have had many laughs and have shared many margaritas with one another.
5 years later, we’re all in different places, but we still have a lot of great laughs and love talking about our time at Dartmouth. On Friday night we met up at Guapos in Shirlington and had some rocking Mexican food!
Sadly Neal and I couldn’t go out downtown afterwards, as we had our 10K in the morning, but we had an awesome time at Guapos! Sunday afternoon I was able to meet up with Dara and spend a little more time with her before she headed home.
Dara and I went to lunch at Lost Dog Cafe in Arlington and then headed down to Eastern Market in Washington, DC. I LOVE Eastern Market and am so glad I was able to take Dara down there before she left.
We both bought some really cute things at the market and had some rockin’ iced coffee at Port City Java before heading to Union Station. Spending time with those two was the perfect way to start the weekend and end the weekend! Neal also got to see how crazy they make me.
Randy and Dara, you both mean the world to me. Thank you both for being amazing friends!
