After weeks of traveling and full day meetings/trainings for work, I am finally back in the office for a full week. My calendar is already packed to the gills every day this week, but I am happy to have 5 days to focus on some larger projects.
Yesterday morning I woke up at 4:15AM and headed to OrangeTheory. The workout was AWESOME and I got a really great calorie burn in (620 calories!). Before heading out the door for work I enjoyed 2 eggs (4sp) and a blueberry English muffin (5sp).
I was in back-to-back meetings, literally, from 8:30AM-1:40PM. I ate my lunch quickly before my 2PM appointment. I had a medium sweet potato (4sp), 4 Trader Joe’s Turkey Meatballs (5sp), and a handful of cherry tomatoes (0sp). I microwaved the entire container for 5 minutes, allowing for the tomatoes to burst. It was a really yummy lunch!
I left work around 5:10PM and ate a Pure Protein Chocolate Chip bar (5sp) on my way to daycare.
Once home, I made Magnolia and myself dinner. I made a roasted chicken, turkey pepperoni, provolone, and baby spinach sandwich on Dave’s Killer Bread (14sp) for myself and washed it down with a good old Cherry Wheat (5sp).
Neal was such a sweetheart and brought me some flowers home from work and helped me a ton around the house while I got a few things done before bed. It was definitely a higher stress day, but I’m really proud of my workout and my meals. I may have been stressed, but I was focused!
