My first few days in Saint Paul have been really awesome! After arriving on Sunday and visiting the farmers market, I settled into my hotel and created a plan for the week.
For breakfast Monday morning I had a green juice and yogurt, which were both awesome. I then had oatmeal with almond butter as a snack and a Chipotle bowl (brown rice, chicken, salsa, guacamole, and lettuce) for lunch.
I’m starting to miss Magnolia, but the days are going by quickly. Tomorrow morning I’m going for a run with a coworker before our conference starts and am looking forward to getting a good workout in.
