Happy weekend everyone! I hope y’all have enjoyed the past couple of days and are gearing up for the last week of April. Friday morning, Neal and I set out for our road trip to Cleveland. As we were leaving at 10AM, we knew we’d need some lunch for the road. Instead of grabbing something along the way, we decided to run into Whole Foods to pick up some goodies. Pineapple, mixed berries, a sandwich for Neal, and a salad for me.
A couple of hours into the trip, we stopped at a rest stop and enjoyed our Whole Foods lunches.
Neal LOVED his sandwich, filled with grilled chicken, tomatoes, red peppers, arugula, and mozzarella cheese.
My salad was a mixture of bean salad and corn salad, with an egg and grilled chicken on the side.
But this wasn’t any old egg, check out the double yokes.
6 hours later we were in Cleveland and happy to see Neal’s family.
Saturday we did our fair share of shopping and I picked up these adorable Babushka Cups.
I also did workout 4 on Saturday and cardio 1 bright and early Sunday morning. It feels great to have phase 1 done and to know that I did every single workout. I will be posting my measurements and week 4 results on Monday.
