Ok, first things first. I’m actually really proud of myself for keeping up with my Daily Snapshots, but this weekend I just wasn’t focused on blogging. I didn’t take pictures of all of my meals, but I wanted to catch up before wrapping up week 3.
I kicked off Saturday with an AWESOME OrangeTheory workout. I ran my fastest all outs on the treadmill and pushed myself on the rower and floor. It was awesome!
After getting cleaned up I had breakfast, took my kids to At Home, ate lunch, and then got ready for The Denim Event with Lane Bryant.
My time at Lane Bryant on Saturday was SO AMAZING! I’m so thankful for all the readers who stopped by and said hi and for all the customers I was able to meet. I love so much about Lane Bryant and am thankful for the opportunity I’ve been given.
Sunday was an incredibly relaxing day! I started off with an OrangeTheory workout and then tackled a ton of things at home after running to Costco. It was a good day!
Week 2 Food Journals
The Week Ahead
I’ll be honest, I’m a little stressed about this week. For whatever reason, I have a lot of eating out scheduled for this week. I had a work event yesterday (two meals out), have a working lunch scheduled today, an celebrating Galentine’s Day on Wednesday, and then hope to have plans with Neal at some point this week for Valentine’s Day.
The stress comes from the fact that we weigh in this weekend as it marks the halfway point of the challenge. I want to see a huge loss and I worry this week’s eating/salt intake will impact that number. Overall, I’m feeling really good, so I just need to focus on that!
My goals this week are to…
- Workout at OrangeTheory 3 times
- Complete 1 Peloton workouts
- Get at least 7 hours of sleep a night
- Keep my hand out of the candy jar!
