After a weekend Netflix binge fest, Neal and I FINALLLLY finished Lost! Granted we stayed up until 1AM on Sunday to finish it, but we’re done!
Since a 5AM workout wasn’t going to happen Monday morning, I enjoy a venti blonde at Starbucks to get me through the day and headed to the gym at 8:30PM after Magnolia went to bed.
It’s funny how different the gym environment is at different times of the day. At 5AM the gym is practically empty and peaceful. At 8:30PM it’s like entering a frat house. Going to the gym last night made those 4:30AM alarms worth it. I’d much rather work out in a quite gym at 5AM.
Yesterday I started a new phase of the weight lifting program Julie created for me, and I LOVE it! It’s awesome to see how my body has changed since working with her and I’m excited to see how many more inches I lose this next phase.
