What makes them even better is that the dough is made using just self rising flour and Greek yogurt! That’s it! They are so incredibly easy to make!
Before you get started making your 2 ingredient dough, preheat your oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. The 2 ingredient dough recipe, which you can find here, comes together in just a few minutes. The dough will be sticky, so make sure you flour your surface and the dough as you roll it out. I have used both Chobani and Fage and both work great!
After you’ve portioned out the dough, gently move the 2 ingredient dough calzone to a cookie sheet that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. You can brush the top of your calzone with a little egg wash or olive oil, but they’re also fine as is!
Next, top your pizzas with just about anything! We’ve made cheese, pepperoni, veggie, and even taco pizzas! These pizzas are so easy to make and the possibilities are endless. Place your sauce, cheese, and toppings on your rolled out dough. We like to make personal sized pizzas, but you can also make a large pizza and then slice.
Place the pizzas in a 425 degree preheated oven and bake for 18-20 minutes until the pizza is golden brown. Allow the pizza to cool for a few minutes before serving.
