I had an amazing weekend! Friday and Saturday I was in Baltimore for a training with the NCAA. The training was outstanding and I loved spending more time with colleagues from around the NCAA. I ate at the training both days. For breakfasts I stuck to the eggs, bacon, and fruit (6sp) and avoided the potatoes and breads. For lunches I filled half my plate with salad and then ate green beans, a serving of the meat, and a serving of the carb (25sp). I also had a piece of chocolate cake with lunch on Saturday and counted it as 16sp. For dinner on Friday I had 3 sliders at a reception (21sp) and a glass of wine (4sp). I also drank a few cups of hot tea both days and 1 Coke Zero (0sp).
Saturday night, after the training, I headed to the DC Divas game. We beat Pittsburgh 41-29 and move on to play Boston in the Conference Championship game on July 9 at PG Sports Complex. I wasn’t hungry for dinner after my big lunch, so I just drank lots of water.
Since I was away for two days, Neal and I enjoyed an extremely mellow day with Magnolia on Sunday. It was exactly what we needed before the work week started.
