Is it Friday yet? I don’t know if it’s the snow days or what, but man it’s been a long week. My diet was spot on today, which was awesome. I’ve tried to really clean up my diet these past two days and I’m already feeling better. I was skill adding in processed carbs here and there in week 1 and I knew I wanted to fix that this week. I didn’t end up working out today, but I needed the sleep! All in all, a good day!
Breakfast – 2 eggs, veggies, and avocado
Snack – Kale and mozzarella chicken burger
Lunch – Brown rice, leftover beef burger patty, and veggies
Dinner – Quinoa with Parmesan cheese, sauteed spinach, and ground turkey
