Today was a good and snowy day! I had planned on getting up early to workout, but decided I needed some extra sleep. I didn’t regret my decision one bit. I started off the day with a smoothie, had a productive morning at work, and then headed back home early afternoon thanks to school closings due to snow. All in all, it was a good day! We’ll see if we have a delay tomorrow morning, but my plan is to get a good workout in before the kids wake up. Fingers crossed!
Breakfast – Smoothie (Frozen berries, spinach, collagen, protein powder, and cashew milk)
Lunch – Brown rice, zucchini, kale and mozzarella chicken burger, and hot sauce
Snack – Leftover ground turkey with black beans and lentils
Dinner – Romaine lettuce topped with cherry tomatoes and baked chicken nuggets
